Parlay House took over Adina’s Test Kitchen in the Mission for an evening of high end culinary treats. From scotch to juice to cricket-powered cookies, it was a delicious event powered by female-led food businesses.

The Main Course
Dr. Christo Zouves, the Bay Area’s premier fertility expert + Adina Niemerow, chef + author offered up a healthy menu focused on ingredients + eating habits that bring the body back into balance with a focus on optimizing health.

The Good Stuff
Carin Luna-Osataseski poured SIA from the bottle + her heart for you to imbibe the fresh and exciting Scotch Whisky created specifically to appeal to the modern palate.

The Category Creator
In pure innovative style, Bitty Foods demonstrated how to incorporate cricket flour — packed with protein + gluten-free — into your baked goods.

A Juicy Treat
Project Juice poured healthy, tasty cold-pressed juices designed to help all of us get the nutrition we need, whether cleansing or just supplementing.
