
We were thrilled to offer Parlay House members a real taste of India. Members joined us on April 19 at DOSA on Fillmore to learn and taste amazing South Indian Cuisine. DOSA is the restaurant that helped launch authentic South Indian cooking into the US, and our evening ranged from learning about the history and geography of India with owners Anjan and Emily Mitra, all the way to cooking techniques, spices and wine pairings with wine director Todd Smith.
As always, amazing women and new connections left Parlay House feeling full in the best possible way.
