MEDITATION TECHNIQUES: THE POWER TO HEAL & LET GO

No matter how you slice it, this week will be a challenging and stressful one. With so many things weighing on us that are beyond our control, how about taking an hour to breathe deeply together?

We feel so fortunate to be joined by Bex Urban, an expert not only in yoga, but a leading practitioner of mindfulness. She will guide us through meditation techniques that will help us find our center and channel our inner power to let go of the things that are weighing us down. We hope to use the hour to find the strength to move forward with intention, regardless of all that swirls around us.
