February’s speaker prefers to have sex with younger men, but she found they learned about sex through porn and therefore weren’t good lovers. So she launched a company to change that.

She found that despite her soaring success in the business world, there continues to be inequity for women in terms of compensation, funding and leadership opportunities. So she’s on a quest to change that.

She saw that there was bias and stigma for women as they age, so she launched a campaign to flip ageism on its head.

Cindy Gallop is celebrated worldwide for her willingness to speak up, and to teach other women how to do the same. Her story is personal, powerful and full of promise of what happens when you stand up, speak out and fight back.
