Did you know that hormones influence not only reproduction and the menstrual cycle, but also mood, sleep, metabolism, inflammation of the heart, and brain and bone health? Hormones play an enormous role in women’s health, so let’s get educated!

With over 19 years of clinical experience in women’s health and natural hormone therapy, Dr. Suzanne Tang is an expert on the subject. Her passion lies in empowering women to make optimal lifestyle changes and offering them hope and inspiration to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When she’s not caring for patients at OC Whole Family Wellness and Magnolia Wellness, she serves as a speaker for the American Heart Association and a contributing writer for health magazines and newsletters.
