Are you craving an opportunity to unwind and regain a sense of inner peace? Between work, home responsibilities, social obligations, and other stressors, it can be difficult to prioritize our wellness. Nevertheless, we owe it to ourselves to do so.

With 25 years of experience as a nutritionist, fitness instructor, and wellness coach, DeAnn Teixeira, the founder of Retreat to You, knows all about the importance of taking care of yourself. We are so excited for her to lead us in a three-hour morning retreat that includes breath work, light yoga and pilates, a sound bath, creative expression, and journal writing. We will explore our individual paths to optimal health and happiness!
