How many women do you know who dream of becoming a founder, CEO, or an executive board member? It sounds glamorous, aspirational and proof of our ability to build, to rise and to lead.

But is it “all that”?

The complexities of life as a “successful women” are indescribable, and this Parlay House gathering will feature two strong women who found that their rise to the top did not leave them feeling fulfilled when it was defined only by their jobs.

Coco Brown, the Founder and CEO of Athena Alliance, has dealt with gender inequities in the workplace and dedicated her career to helping thousands of women advance in their executive careers. She’ll share the story of how she led a company in a male-dominated tech space and how that experience led her to found Athena. Anne Devereux-Mills, will also speak about her journey becoming a multiple-time CEO in advertising and all the “forks in the road” she encountered along the way.

Join us for this collaboration with the Athena Alliance community where Coco and Anne will discuss how they think about themselves not only as business leaders, but as women who are finding that inner success is fueled not by power but about presence, poise and potential.

You’ll receive specific address and location details after signup.

We can’t wait to Parlay with you!

Reminder: Parlay House events are open to all who identify as women. All others are welcome to join our digital series, Parlay From Away, and tune into our podcast, Bring A Friend.

As this event takes place in a private home, please do not plan to arrive before the event start time or stay beyond the event end time.
