Are you still grinning from having joined our Parlay House Boston Launch party in September? Luckily, this party is just getting started. Sometimes we celebrate together, and at other gatherings we dive into the experiences that are real (and challenging) for so many of us.

Our next event is no exception.

Many of us have spent years working our way up the ladder only to hit a glass ceiling. In October we’ll be talking about how we can try to break barriers with a multi-pronged approach.

Enter Colleen Ammerman, the director of the Gender Initiative at Harvard Business School. Colleen leads research to further equity, diversity, and inclusion in professional spaces. As the co-author of Glass Half Broken: Shattering the Barriers that Still Hold Women Back at Work, Colleen will share her story and her devotion to promoting gender diversity in professional environments.

Join us for an affirming and empowering conversation asserting that it is in everybody’s power, men and women, leaders and supervisors, to foster equity and diversity in the workplace.

See you there, and if you can, bring a friend so we can keep growing this sensational group!

Sips and snacks will be provided, and we have no doubt that meaningful connections will be sparked.

This event will be hosted by our Boston Local Instigators: Ashleigh Powers, Jill Bodnar, Jin Li Frick, Meghan Houle, and Susan Thifault. You’ll receive specific location, parking, and arrival details after signup.
