Her point of emphasis is on authentic self-discovery, because the better you know yourself, the more effective you will be at whatever you’re trying to tackle. She’ll walk us through the art of building confidence through mindset conditioning and emotional intelligence – and couldn’t we all use a little more of that? Roberta is a Silicon Valley based executive coach and leadership development consultant with over 25 years of experience partnering with leaders to realize their potential and increase their effectiveness. Through mindset conditioning and EQ Roberta positions workplace challenges as opportunities for deep transformation and growth. Roberta held executive HR positions at Elevation Partner’s BioWare/Pandemic Studios, Wired, Shopping.com, Interval Research, Media Vision and Zynga, and was COO of Humanity United, a human rights organization dedicated to abolishing modern-day slavery and genocide. Roberta has consulted for 100+ client organizations including Google, Nest, Impossible Foods, FabFitFun, Riot Games, Carvana, CSG, Micron, Two Chicks & A Hammer, The Institute for the Future, and Aurora Solar. Roberta has a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and an MA in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Roberta is the founder of POWER advancing women in leadership, co-founder of Coaching BOLD providing low cost coaching to social impact leaders, and co-founder of Power Play Improv! Roberta serves as an advisory board member for The Institute for American Police Reform, a mission based organization, and as a strategic advisor for No, Thank You, an activist skin care product brand dedicated to equality, diversity and transparency. Roberta is a lifetime advocate for animal welfare and global sustainability.
