It’s that time of year. Heightened emotions, high expectations and the inevitable uncomfortable conversation with someone close to us. How do we have these tough talks without letting the confrontation take away from our enjoyment of the season? We’ll do it by learning the art of empathic confrontation!

Wendy Behary, a psychotherapist who is not only a celebrated speaker, but also a highly-esteemed expert on narcissism will be our guest speaker. She’ll give us tools to stand up for ourselves and to do it with empathy, grace and strength. We think this sounds like one of the best gifts we can get!
